Easily the best salad I have ever eaten. The owner was so so lovely, we were unsure on what to order so she made us a lovely selection and we had a lovely chat with her. All the staff were so friendly. Would highly recommend!

Just around the corner in the heart of glorious Dublin city center, you'll stumble upon a charming little gem - Tiller & Grain cafe. The moment you step inside, it's like receiving a warm hug. The atmosphere is so inviting, it's as though you're visiting an old friend. The food is absolutely delicious and creative, using only seasonal produce from Irish farms. The staff? They're the cherry on top! They're so genuinely friendly, you'll feel right at home in no time. The pastries are to die for! If you're gluten-free or vegan, they will do everything to accommodate your needs. They've got options just for you, so you can indulge guilt-free. So, if you're in the neighborhood, make sure to stop by. You're always welcome at Tiller & Grain! Highly recommended!

This is a special gem. As a foreigner, I was greeted kindly, everyone was helpful and the food and coffee were excellent. This small shop is a real stand out among many tourist traps in this area. They are serving delicious fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches and it appears to be the place locals come for lunch (a good sign). I had my best oat latte in Dublin here, no fuss, and no one hurrying me away. I was able to sit in peace and enjoy a good book. The owner is lovely and so were the staff. Thanks for making me feel welcome!!

Tiller + Grain, Dublin: If you’re looking for a clean, fresh, and nourishing start to your day in Dublin, Tiller + Grain is a must-visit. This gem opens early, making it perfect for early risers or anyone needing a wholesome breakfast before the city wakes up. The overnight oats and granola pot are absolutely top-notch—simple, delicious, and made with care. You can taste the quality in every bite. It’s the kind of food that leaves you feeling energized, not sluggish. The space is light, airy, and welcoming, and the staff are friendly without being overbearing. It’s not the place for a greasy fry-up—and that’s exactly the point. If you appreciate fresh ingredients, thoughtful prep, and a calm atmosphere, you’ll love it here. Great food, great vibe, and great value. Highly recommended

Single best thing I ate in Dublin was the focaccia here; couldn't recommend highly enough. We happened to stop in between the change over from breakfast to lunch (so we didn't get to try much food), but if the focaccia is any indication of their full menu I'm sure it's great.

This place is very cute. They do a selection of salads, soups of the day, and many freshly baked goods. The owner Claire is really friendly and helpful and her team that were working when I visited were all very friendly. There are a lot of regulars that have such a good rapport with the team, which gave the cafe such a cozy vibe. I got a spicy carrot soup and some foccacia, a cookie and a cappuccino. The soup was very tasty, nice and warming for the rainy weather. The foccacia had a really nice texture and was sprinkled with fresh sea salt. The cookie was a dark chocolate chip brown sugar cookie, which was also lightly sea salted and it was a really good balance of sweet and salty. Overall, this place is so lovely to visit. Definitely recommend.

Wow experience! Most delicious, original and healthy food, best scones I ever head, and nice vibes with super friendly owner - coming from Trinity College or National Gallery visit, Tiller + Grain is the place to go to eat, drink a coffee or chat and chill afterwards, and the amazing thing on top is that it's sunny inside with a yellow design, even when it rains outside !

Excellent lunch. Magically coincidentally, there was just enough chicken and salmon (both beautifully cooked and seasoned), bean salad and focaccia for three of us. N had tea and cake. Seriously good value for excellent food and thoughtful, generous service. We’ll be back! Many thanks.
